 With Wine Place Niagara Falls, you do all of the brewing and bottling at our location using our state-of-the-art equipment and sterilized glass carboys. You simply come in and begin the batch with us and we will care for your wine along each step of the way until it is ready for bottling. You then come in and complete the process by bottling, corking, and labeling your batch of wine. (Appointments are required). Niagara Mist™ is a light, cool and crisp adult wine beverage, balanced with a bold, refreshing bouquet and flavor of fresh fruits. Niagara Mist™ is slightly sweeter than table wines yet not as sweet as traditional coolers and therefore appeals to more people and can be consumed at any occasion, any time of the year. Niagara Mist™ has been created to be served very well chilled or over ice to fully experience all of its sensory characteristics.
