For a few reasons:

What is involved in wine making?
You start by visiting our store to select the type(s) of wine you would like to make from our selection of Wine Kits. We instruct you on how to add the initial ingredients to your wine, and then we take of it while it ferments over the 6 weeks. Then we call you back in and teach you how to bottle and label your wine.

How do I store my wine?

What is the difference between creating wine from a kit versus making wine from grapes?
Kits use grape concentrate which make them very easy to use, and will generally be ready to drink sooner There is no choosing, crushing and pressing of grapes therefor less work. However, it is important to ensure that the grape concentrate you use is fresh which is why we will only use quality wine makeing kits.

How long does it take to bottle one batch of wine?
It will roughly take one hour to bottle your batch of wine.

How far in advance do I need to order wine before bottling?
You would want to order at least 6 weeks in advance before the date you require your wine. For your convience, we have created a handy "Deadlines" chart for you to reffer too.
Remember, the longer you allow you bottle to age, the better it will be.

How long do I need to age my wine before I can drink it?
Once you bottle your wine, it will be ready to drink, but the longer you wait, the better it will be.
